MUZAFFARPUR:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched his party's campaign for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, with a rally at Muzaffarpur.

Now, even these leaders have taken a liking to tweeting.
He had tweeted this morning, welcoming me to Bihar after 14 months.
Mr Chief Minister, I am grateful for your welcome.
There used to be a time when he used to say, "We already have a Modi here. What is the need for you to come here? Don't come."
The previous Prime Minister, who was in power for 10 years, had come here once.
But the fact that I have not come here in 14 months is worrying the Chief Minister.
But don't worry now, I have arrived.
You will not have to take this for very long.
Do you want change in Bihar? Do you want peace? Do you want freedom from unemployment? Do you want liberation from a 'goonda raj'?
If you want all of these thing, give us an opportunity.
We will deliver all of these to you in just seven months.
We may have our political difference. If I was that bad a man, you can come to my room and beat me or break my head.
But instead, you have strangled Bihar to take your anger on me.
It saddens me that you took out your anger with me upon the people of Bihar.
The people of Bihar stood behind you because they wanted toi be liberated from 'goonda raj'.
This is not an election to see who comes to power.
This is an election about the employment of youth, the security of women.
Once, try us. Once, give NDA the opportunity to serve the people of Bihar.
In Delhi, Modi's government has taken the highest number of ministers, holding important portfolios and people of great ability from Bihar.
Leaders from Bihar are running all of India.
You, the people of Bihar, gave us an overwhelming mandate in the Lok Sabha election.
I request you to repeat this.
There are some who say they will not allow Modi in Bihar, that they don't need Modi and that they will not allow Modi inside Bihar.
If you vote them to power, they want to run Bihar avoiding anything to do with Delhi.
We want a government that goes shoulder to shoulder with Delhi.
I was born in Gujarat.
The Lord Krishna I worship gave people a hard time, but he dealt with the venom of a black snake and saved the people.
It is regrettable that some from Krishna's Yadu clan and their friends are now complaining about poison.
Why have the people of the Yadu clan been fed venom by these people?
Let the people of Bihar decide who is the snake and which is the poison. You don't feed the people poison.
Did they or did they not say they would not come back to you asking for votes if they did not deliver electricity to you?
Have you received electricity? Why then have they come back to you?
I want to bring back the glory of Bihar.
Do you all remember George Fernandes, whose politics was so rooted here?
Do you remember how they treated him after running shoulder to shoulder with him?
Do you remember how they treated Sushil Modi after running shoulder to shoulder with him?
Do you know what the true meaning of RJD? It is 'Rozana Jungle Raj ka Darr' (Daily Fear of Jungle Raj).
The coming elections are about freedom from 'Rozana Jungle Raj ka Darr'.
Look at what they have done to Bihar. Give us a chance and see what we do for Bihar?
Your need is 5,000 MW. But this government has generated only 100 MW.
